Southwick Beach State Park - June
We were suppose to leave for Southwick Beach State Park on Mon. June 2, 2014 but we had some RV problems. On Thurs. May 29th I went out to the RV to make the bed but when I pushed the slide-out button nothing happened, the other slides worked fine. We drove the RV out to Camper's World on Fri. It was repaired, it was an electrical problem and we picked it up on Monday (the day we were suppose to leave for Southwick). When we got into the driveway and Mike was positioning it in driveway and all of a sudden I heard a pop and smoke started to come out from the driver's side wheel well. We called Camper's World on Tues. and they didn't want us to drive it cause they weren't sure what the puddle under the RV was. We called AAA and a big tow truck came and towed it to Camper's World, FREE. They took the RV right in. When we got back from lunch they told us it was the hydrolic line that had popped. We could still drive the RV and go to Southwick but we couldn't put the levelers down which was ok cause we parked on blacktop. We drove it back home and packed it and left for Southwick on Wed.
